2022 Lesson Fee Menu
Initial Evaluation/Assessment $300, 50-60 minutes and includes movement efficiency screening, Video analysis w TrackMan (depending on the time of year and the pitchers schedule), and Point in Time Capacity (how hard he should pitch at that time and his genetic potential) + weak link & pitching mechanics efficiency assessment with video. This will reveal where the training starts, what we target moving forward with the training program.......a pitcher is only as strong as his weakest link and only as efficient as his worst movement.
Included with the eval the student will receive access to a phone app containing EA drills used during instruction. The athlete will leave the evaluation with the #1 scientific template for performance from the preeminent bio-mechanics program in the world. You and your son will leave the evaluation with a clear understanding and concise plan of what he's currently capable of and what his performance should be to attain the desired results if the issues are addressed with the training protocols discussed at the evaluation.
At the evaluation, your son will be taught the proper way to warm up and is required to show up for each lesson 10 minutes early and perform the warm-up inside the academy. If he doesn’t show up early to perform the required warm-up inside the academy we will spend the first 4-6 minutes of his 20-minute lesson going through the warm-up... The warm-up is critical to maintaining a healthy arm.
Private 1-on-1 instruction is $240/hr (90% of my private lessons are 20 minutes in length, $80). Occasionally there are hour-long semi-private sessions (usually on Saturdays) available for $120.
The P3 class option is "The kitchen sink" program. Mechanics, velocity, core strength, weight training, hip & core mobility, functional balanced strength. The class fee is $400/month for 3 sessions/week for 90 minutes per session. School year sessions are Tuesdays, Thursdays 3-4:30 or 4:30-6:00, and Saturdays from 9-10:30 or 10:30-12:00. By far my most popular option for pitchers 14 and up. Summer P3 classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30-10 or 10-11:30 am.
Remote video submissions will be assessed a $50 charge. I will return the video with a voice-over analysis.
