2021 Lesson Fee Menu
Initial Evaluation/Assessment $180, 45-60 minutes and includes movement efficiency screening, Video analysis w Rapsodo Pitching 2.0 and Point in Time Capacity (how hard he should pitch at that time) + weak link & pitching mechanics efficiency assessment. A pitcher is only as strong as his weakest link and only as efficient as his worst movement. Included with the eval is a phone app containing EA drills used during instruction. The athlete will leave the evaluation with the #1 scientific template for performance from the preeminent bio-mechanics program in the world.
Private 1 on 1 instruction is $180/hr (90% of my private lessons are 20 minutes in length, $60). Often times there are hour long semi-private sessions available for $80. At the evaluation your son will be taught the proper way to warm up and is required to show up for each lesson 10 minutes early and perform the warm up inside the academy. If he doesn’t show up early to perform the proper warm up inside the academy we will spend the first 10 minutes of his 20 minute lesson going through the warm-up.....it’s critical to maintaining a healthy arm.
The P3 class option is “The kitchen sink” program. Mechanics, velocity, core strength, weight training, functional balanced strength . Class fee is $400/month for 3 sessions of 90 minutes/week. School year sessions are Tuesdays , Thursday 3-4:30 or 4:30-6:00 and Saturdays 9-10:30 or 10:30-12:00. By far my most popular option for pitchers 14 and up.
Remote video submissions with voice over mechanics assessments are $50.
